Deltas’ dealings with uncertainty: Multiple practices and knowledge’s of delta governance (DOUBT Project)

Objective:
► Characterize water and land management practices in the major Asian deltas of south and south-east and the body of knowledge, knowledge, and expertise associated with it
► Identify the networks and mechanisms by which certain conceptions of what can delta; and therefore desirable interventions for their management - are required
► From a research-committed perspective, set up participatory processes multi-level support to identify and collectively qualify management and governance of these major socio-ecosystems

► the peripheries of upland forest areas that are subject to the deforestation/erosion spiral, which, in turn, affects the lowlands

Enhancing Agricultural Co-operative Development: A Cross-Cultural and Research Exchange between Ireland and Cambodia (Irish)
Funder: Embassy of Ireland (Irish Aid)
Objective:
► To explore and adapt best practices in co-operative governance models in Ireland for modern ACs in Cambodia
► Support Cambodian Unions of ACs (UACs) in transitioning to modern ACs through a participatory workshop sharing best practices in cooperative governance models from Ireland
► Develop a joint action plan with Cambodian ACs, as well as research centers in Cambodia, and Ireland to establish pathways for improving AC development in Cambodia based on shared learnings from Ireland
