Potato laboratory

Potato zero-tillage management (PZTM)

is a smart farming practice that does not require soil preparation. In a rice cropping system, potatoes are grown on the ground and rice straw (old straw) is used as mulch.

This practice provides benefits such as:

Reduces water and fertilizer use

Protects against heat

Reduces labor costs

Increases potato yields

Reduces carbon dioxide (C O 2) emissions
