Dr. THENG DYNA, Dean of Faculty of Agro-Industry at the Royal Univeristy of Agriculture. Dr. Theng Dyna earned his PhD in Technology of Natural Fibers and Polymer Materials from University of Girona, Spain in 2017. Before approaching to this PhD study in Europe, he made his first and second university degrees at the Royal University of Agriculture with bachelor degree in Agro-Industry (2005) and master degree in Integrated Management for Agriculture and Rural Development (2012). With an expertise of agricultural product processing, his research focuses on value-adding to post-harvest of agricultural products including conversion crop residues or agricultural wastes into packaging products.
Dr. CHEM MOUYLIN holds the position of the In-Charge of the Department of Food Science and Agricultural Product Innovation and serves as a Senior Lecturer/ Researcher at the Faculty of Agro-Industry, RUA. In this capacity, she is responsible for the management of laboratories, students, and academic affairs pertaining to both bachelor's and master's programs within the department. Her responsibilities also encompass collaboration on the modernization of the bachelor's program, integrating outcome-based education (OBE) in conjunction with the Higher Education Improvement Project (HEIP) under the auspices of the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports (MoEYS). Furthermore, she lecture on subjects such as Food Packaging and Storage Technology, Food Sensory Evaluation, and Food Nutrition Laboratory. To enhance her research proficiency, she has supervised and co-supervised student research theses. Additionally, she foster collaboration between the faculty and external stakeholders and universities, and contribute to the development of research plans that align with governmental strategies.
