Introduction

The division of research and extension is responsible for promoting and strengthening research for faculty and student to serve for new findings, provide solution, which serve the better agricultural production. Furthermore division serves to promote knowledge sharing within researcher, students and for practitioner and farmers. The objectives of the division are:

To promote students’ capacity, knowledge, and skill through research and practice on the station and farm.
To increase the research and practice opportunities for lecturers and students related to interested subjects.
To disseminate the information of agricultural technologies to other researchers, extension workers and farmers.

The Division of Research and Extension (DRE) was established in 1998 and divided into two offices and one Center:

Hun Sen Research Center
Office of Project Development
Office of Extension and Service
